Curated Consortium Access
The Private Grant Advisor appointed to your organization will introduce you to the matching candidates in our network. We have hundreds of contacts in Europe, including SMEs, startups, researchers, universities, renowned research centers, foundations, and non-profit associations in our areas of expertise. We work with organizations all over the EU, from Western to Southern Europe, from the Nordics to the Mediterranean. This service is exclusive for GIA Club members.
Proposal Writing
Over 50% of Horizon proposals are not submitted. It may be a lack of time, issues in managing the consortium partners, or other problems. Our Private Grant Advisors will ensure a top-quality document, including expert evaluators’ insight and review. In addition, we coordinate the collaboration between consortium partners, handling all administrative processes and the application portal. We want to be your expert hands in Horizon Europe.
Review & Resubmission
Being rejected after all the work devoted to a proposal application is frustrating. This service is developed in steps, including ESR Analyzer to identify the key points to improve, Call Rematcher to find the best call to reapply, and Consortium Repair to balance and strengthen the consortium.

Grant Coordination & Compliance
Do not spend your time on administrative tasks, struggling to meet the grant requirements. A Private Grant Advisor from GIA will set up the right administration system to meet and monitor the grant requirements, assist you in budget compliance, and produce the periodic and final reports and deliverables. We give you access (user licenses for the consortium) to the most recognized Horizon Europe project management software from our partner.
Collaborative Project Management
Give maximum time to your project by appointing one of our Project Managers to your Horizon Europe project. Our project management and collaboration tools, along with a seasoned project manager, will provide structure, regulatory expertise, and proactivity to your consortium, as well as a direct link to the funding body from project start to finish. This service is provided on a monthly basis and can be hired at any stage of your project.

We utilize a wide-ranging platform to implement effective scientific outreach of your organization or project.
